This weekend on August 19th we are back at Rich's retreat from 8pm to 2am.  This is a great party spot north of Rockville in a private home. It has ample but limited parking so sign up early and arrive early. Remember this is a bring a dish party to share with everyone. Drinks and ice are always needed. Use your imagination on this, we can only use so many bags of chips. (last newsletter mentioned this).  As always this is a clothing optional, on premise, open play party. Do tell your like minded, fun friends and help spread the word. And if you are a member of a website like Fetlife or SLS etc, do post that you are going and help promote our parties.  So sign up not at our website TheBisexuallife.com and use the drop down button  "pay for party" or if you don't see this, look for the "more" button and it'll driop down the pay for party tab. Then follow directions. Use this for all parties. Directions are always sent after we get the notice (which is automatically sent to us) that you have paid.    We do understand not everyone wants to or can pay in advance so please be advied there are extra fees to pay at the door. At Rich's it's $35 pp and at the Tree House it's $75 and we ask for exact change keep that in mind.   NEXT we venture back to the most luxurious party spot around, THE TREE HOUSE in Annapolis, Md. This is proving to be the best spot we've used yet. People are raving about it. The great g;lory hole section in the lower level and new stripper pole are big attractions.  Also thev've added a new BDSM apparatus or two  as well as a nice sex swing for your added pleasures.  Speaking of added pleasures...they now have a SYBIAN machine up stairs that will indeed add some pleasure to your visit. If you have never used one , do yourself a favor and try this orgasmic inducing device out for yourself. You will NOT regret it. The host there are always looking out for your enjoyment, so please show your continued support so we can keep using this venue. We love the place and they love us back so do plan on attending and do indeed help pass the word on this party to everyone. This is NOT our typical house party, it is an exclusive premier home in a gated community designed specifically for our kind of parties and pleasures. No need to bring a dish but it is BYOB. if you require a specific mixer it never hurts to bring that too. There is plenty of room here but we do shuttle you in from a pre determined location. I am hoping we can make the TREE HOUSE  our "Home Base" and the one solid spot we can always count on to meet up and play at, but to do this we need you to support out efforts.  You've heard the saying "Use it or loose it". Well this could be the situation if the people that have signed on to our fun group don't start supporting our events.   It's that simple.  The owners of the Venue (Tree House) love our group and like to suppport the LGBTQ community but they can't keep holding open a prime Saturday night for us if we don't show support and get more people to come out and party with us.  So far we have gotten nothing but rave reviews from our guests who have come out to the TREE HOUSE.  I do my best as your party host and coordinator to go out and scout out great venues to host parties at. I try to find venues that allow us to get naked and openly play. That my friends is NOT an easy task. Private homes do seem to be easier than commercial venues...with lisences and permits and all that legal stuff.  I also want them as convenient to get to as possible. I have found venues north , south  and east of Washington DC and all are about the same distance out. But the Tree House is about as easy to get to as possible, it is a combo of professional venue and home as they have taken a very nice, 5 level, luxury home in a very nice gated community and converted it into a regular play space designed specifically for our type of party.  That being understood, this means they have higher opperating cost, they have to rent vehicles to shuttle guest in and out to a designated meeting spot and hire drivers. They do supply everything you need including drinks and snacks...you supply the booze as it is BYOB.  They have the coolest glory hole system you've ever seen. But on average we have gotten maybe 25 to 30 people to comeout. Now for a typical house party that's not so bad but for this event it just isn't enough to cover the coast we incur to host a party.  And that is the next aspect. I have always tried to keep my party fees very low and reasonable. The bi community especially the bi men, are the most ignored segment of the lifestyle society.  They aren't readily accepted at straight swing parties or clubs and the gay scene is an outlet but not always designed for us either. I honestly try to target our married bi population to give them a fun safe outlet that both partners can enjoy together or the individual and they can feel good about it. Gay clubs seem to resent women folk at times. So this (bi-weekly parties) becomes a great way to enjoy your bi side in a safe, fun, playful environment.   So unless we raise our prices considerably, to need more people to attend and it's that simple.   So come on my friends. You like our group, always have fun at the parties, let's just get more of you out at a time to make this a worthshile venture. I am telling you, if you have not yet been to the TREE HOUSE you need to come out and see this place for yourself. Everyone so far has loved this place. You need to see why it's the new hot spot.  I don't know what else to say, I'm  not going to beg you so I am hoping this appeal does the trick. I've been trying to average 2 parties a month.  That's all for now, I'll update the newsletter next week with the dates and locations for August.
