No wonder there were so many questions and people wondering where I was...I wrote this newsletter over 3 months ago in JUNE and IT NEVER WENT OUT IT WAS STUCK IN DRAFT MODE , so here it is better late than never!  For those left in the dark this may help.  I don't come to you guys with serious issues very often but when I do I seriously believe in what I say. In this case in comes in the form of a warning.  You all saw how I was all excited about a new venue that seemed perfect. But after spending several weeks around the owner, working with him, talking to him and even partying with him.   To say the least I got to know this guy and now that I have, I am backing off of this man and anything to do with Villa Kumar. This man does not have the right attitude or experience to run a lifestyle venue. He has flat out openly stated that he is only in this to have sex. And I assure you drugs are very much so a part of this man's life. I smoke and anyone who knows me knows I do (I am a licensed smoker). Party favors I could take or leave, don't need em. Especially not at every gathering nor will you hear me say to anyone, that they either do them or they can't stay. This man is oblivious to how his actions could affect others. In hearing his proposed plans for his house from what I observed it is nothing short of prostitution. This man is a disaster waiting to happen so I am outta there in a hurry. I am not sticking around for the train wreck. This man is a ME TOO MOVEMENT in the making! I can't warn you seriously enough to STAY AWAY! This is the bottom line, for over 10 years my job, my mission, with Bi-Weekly is to find acceptable and safe venues where we can host parties all around the DC area. PLaces that are reasonably close, safe, easily accessible, have parking and amenities we would like. I have indeed pulled out of at least 3 venues in the past due to poor business practices, illegal activities and unacceptable conditions.   The whole story as I related it to myself after the first event at Villa Kumar is on the web page thebisexuallife.com  under venues...Just in case your inquiring mind wants to know.   I've decided when it boils down to it, how much is this worth worrying about for me? I've been at this for a very long time, I have dealt with all kinds of people. Just like sex everyone is into something different.  Not everyone lives by the same moral , ethical or business compass.   Vick is Vick and his personal and business experiences in life make him the person he is no different than my particular personal and business experiences make me me. To say we have a personality conflict is evident. Our compasses just happen to point in different directions   Bottom line, I am a Social group party host, and as a party locator I find nice places where my group can meet and play.  I run my group and resented Vick for trying to insert himself into my group as a organizer etc. or having any say so in it.  Then Vick owns his house, Villa Kumar, how he wants to run it is his choice. I have nothing to do with his operation. He had a lot of questions and I tried to offer advice where I could to help. It's his final decision. And it's some of those decisions I was having a serious problem with.   We all know there are 2 sides to every story and in things like this the outside view and the behind the scenes view. I lived the behind the scene view, something you guys will never see. And it's shaky, very shaky and again, I have been at this too long to put up with it.. I don't want to be in some debate or discussion on he said, she said or who did what to who. It's gossipy bullshit most people don't give a damn about. They just want a place to play. So since I am the one  who picks the places where my group plays. I saw enough and experienced enough to know this is a place that I do not  want to do any future business with and will discourage my group from any participation in Villa Kumar.    I have been in business a very long time and I recognize certain warning signs that tell me to drop this place fast. So given the opportunity to walk away I gladly do so.   In reality this may have been a huge house but when you look at the limited space we actually had to play, we've had bigger spaces in a few other venues.    I see things seriously wrong, if what I have witnessed, have seen and hear are true. I won't have to get into some bashing war. I feel confident the truth will come out. I now fully understand the "me too" movement. If I am right...and you want to share your experiences and I encourage you to do so. Do use the group page on fetlife and go read the growing # of warnings to YOU. To let this group know what you think they should know.   Me, I have been at this too long  and dealt with too many people to really be shocked. I just say let the buyer beware. Keep your eyes open. I just won't give him MY business and encourage you not too.  Let the consumer speak.... here's your chance .       Now that 3 months went by I hope you all know that this man shut down Villa Kumar and let's hope he never opens up a place again. You all came through and wrote enough negative feedback on the bi-weekly Fetlife page and other places he got the message and stopped. Thank God. Be careful. He is still out there thinking he was God's gift to the party scene. Clueless to what a total asshole and predator he IS. Like Jon and Chealsey in Annapolis ( the ol Tree House)  it's always a pleasure to see the ones who really care and strive to be a thriving part of our community. So show the All IN Your Support and make the trip you will never regret it.  This awesome spot had a steady list of guest during much of this Covid situation and now that itis ending, the place is picking up big time and the crowds are starting to grow each week. HI everyone, sorry I haven't been more communicative lately I have been busy pursuing my goals and dreams.  And I have heard some bullshit rumors recently so I figure I better speak up. Because they were outrageous and just not true and we all know how ridiculous the rumor mill can get. For those that know me, know I have been a lifelong entertainer. I DJ'd clubs and radio for years, Did TV, made a few shows and appearances as well as a couple movie roles. But comedy has always been my thing. I even owned a comedy club and did a national tour. When I concentrate on it and be consistent I usually do well. I LOVE doing Hypnosis so I want to do a LOT more.   So after 2 years of no work due to covid, the parties slowed down big time and then I kept having to deal with assholes all the time. (YES Vic YOU were an asshole)  I just decided I needed a break for ME.  My co host John found love and moved to California all at this same time and will be getting married soon so I had no one to run my parties if I left, so I just said "fuck it", I have to live my life for me. So I moved down to Myrtle Beach SC and I am working on a new comedy act that we hope to take on the road. Some of you may remember and know Gina (and Frank) they attended my parties and she moved down here. She is also a lifelong entertainer and we always hit it off so we decided to collaborate on a show and that's where we are at in life right now.  So, no worries, I am fine, I left for no other reason than what I said, I want to do comedy and perform. That is my life's ambition. I was fortunate to get this opportunity so I jumped on it. That's why it seemed sudden..it was a quick decission as the time was right. Vick managed to screw up another party location, covid was denying regular work, nothing was in the works so why not, the time was right.  And don't cha know people are asking me to start something down here because there is NOTHING organized down here lifestyle wise. OUR FIRST EVENT AT  VILLA KUMAR SATURDAY MAY 22ND   AND THE FIRST EVENT THERE LAST FRIDAY WAS A HUGE SUCCESS READ ON This past Friday we featured Ken's Kinky Karaoke and it was a wonderful opening event. As you may know we were supposed to have our Bi-weekly opening last week but Mr Vick slipped and fell in his rush to get things ready so we put it off until the 22nd..this Saturday!  But Friday we had over 50 people and everything went smoothly. We had a dungeon mistress and she kept the dungeon busy all night ..We brought in a food service for anyone's munchie needs. He had like 5 different meals to choose from. The Jacuzzi was an obvious hot spot and well used all night.   My friends when I tell you a place is exceptional, trust me it is. I ask people .."Was I wrong about the All in PLayhouse?" and they say no, it's great. So now I have found a place that can put other places in the DC area to shame. 9000sf of luxury. Marble (or some stone like it) throughout the house, granite countertops, imported tiles on walls and steps. Exquisitely decorated and lavishly designed. This house will impress you.  Then there is the full equipped dungeon, glory holes, sound/music room, 8 person jacuzzi, a sybian machine and LOTS of open play space.
