I have some sad news to report., Last Tuesday one of our Hosts and party friends passed away. Johnny C from southern Md who was my friend and helped host some of my parties for the last few years died from complications form a blood clot. He was actually living with me during the last year. We had taken an emergency trip to Calif, and drove out there. During that trip with all the sitting he developed a blood clot. When we got back it burst and he didn't recover. He will be missed , he was a good man and very playful and he made a lot of friends here. If you'd like more info just contact me tryabigguy@aol.com may he rest in peace.
Just a side note, while John was in the hospital with his injury, I developed an infection in my foot that was REAL bad. Went to bed feeling great no problems. Then in just one overnight it spread up to my knee. Within 40 minutes of arriving at the emergency room they were operating on me! I lost a toe but was informed had I not gone directly to the Hospital, I had bad blood poisoning and it probably would have killed me if not for quick action. At the very least they said I may have lost my foot or leg. Go figure. Folks, there are no guarantees in life accept death, so enjoy every minute you can as you never know what's around the next corner. You almost lost us both of us in the same week. Life is funny/not funny like that. Unpredictable.
