After that last record setting party at Rich's Retreat, the very next weekend we had over 65 people partying hard at the Tree House!  WOW! I do want to thank you for your support at these great parties. It does seem that the warm weather does bring the hornies out in us, doesn't it? Ok, so now I have the summer line up of parties so you can all plan accordingly.   We are now going to host 3 parties a month starting in May.     We are pleased to announce the season premier of the re-opening of Morning Wood, our party venue in Laplata, Md. Morning Wood is an indoor/outdoor venue at a private home on 6 acres. This place has a nice pavillion out back with a BBQ that we love to use. These parties will be a bit different from the normal as we try to take advantage of the outdoor aspect and the sunlight and throw in a picnic type atmosphere. So we ask our guest to bring something to throw on the barbi or a nice plate, drinks or ice to share. These parties will start earlier at 6pm and go until 12midnight. We have had some really nice gatherings at Morningwood in the past so I hope you all will give this spot a visit.   Here is the rundown of parties we already have lined up for the Spring and summer.   Saturday May 12........Rich's Retreat in Brookeville, Md 8PM  to 2AM Friday May 18th .......The Tree House in Annapolis, Md. 9PM to 3AM Saturday May 36th,  Season Opener  at Morning Wood iin Laplata, Md 6PM to 12AM Saturday June 9th......Rich's Retreat, in Brookeville, Md 8PM to 2AM Friday June 15th .....Tree House in Annapolis, Md 9PM to 3AM Saturday June 30th.....Morning Wood in LaPLata, Md  6PM to 12AM Saturday July 7th ....Rich's Retreat  in Brookeville, Md 8PM to 2AM Friday July 20th.....Tree Housein Annapolis, Md.  9PM to 3AM Saturday July 28th....Morning Wood in Laplata,Md. 6PM to 12AM Saturday August 4th ....Rich's Retreat In Brookeville, Md. 8PM to 2AM Friday August 17th.....Tree House in Annapolis, Md. 9PM to 3AM Saturday August 25.....Morning Wood In LaPLata, Md. 6pm to 12am   This is the line up so far and there is a possability that a new venue may become available to us and I am in negotiations right now. I won't give any details out yet as that always seems to jinx things . But it is an awesome opportunity I want to look into further.   So, thisis the line up, start marking your calendars and planning accordingly. There are some great parties on the horrizon.   Now if I can put on some daddy pants for a minute. We do these parties in people's homes. These are nice people with very nice houses that allow us to use them for our pleasures. Yet I can't tell you how many used rubbers we pick up after each event. People, this is disgusting, and just socially unacceptable! Would you ever just discard a used rubber on the floor of your home, or even imagine having a guest over who left used rubbers on the floor by a bed you let him use? Not to mention at our parties others will certainly come in and use the space after you. This inexcusable act has to and MUST STOP!  Whatever you use at a party, pad, rubbers, lube jars, even towels. PICK THEM UP and dispose of them or move them accordinly.  Oh, speaking of lube, That is also an item for you to use not packet and keep. Use it and put it back , thank you. I know I have mentioned this several times in the past and it just keeps happening. Start caring more for these venues ladies and gentlemen. Pick up after yourselves.  Another issue I have seen at my house, and at the Tree House so I know it happens at other places. We put out protection and lube and pads etc for you in case you didn't bring your own ...and its nice if you do. But we have these items out to use at our parties. I have personally seen people walk by a bowl of rubbers and just grab a handful and put them in their pockets to stack up on them. Wow, that is just rude. This one expense alone can cost a host well over $100 a month. Please be more respectful. We would all appreciate it. Please be more conscientious of this in the future.  I hate to have to mention this stuff, but if you have the balls to do it, I have the balls to call you on it. We had a record setting party, and now....Treehouse party this Friday April 20TH

We really outdid ourselves and broke several records this past Saturday at Rich's Retreat!!! We had well over 50 people, that was a record.

We had so many cars that for the first time we had to use our shuttle service to get people to the party. That was a record. Then we had a dozen awesome trans gurls joining us and that was a record!! We love our trans guest and they have really been supporting our parties. And we love them.  Playing was hot and heavy everywhere you looked. This was truley a party for the record books.  Our next party at Rich's Retreat will be May 12th.   Now I am asking all of our supporters to please mark your calendars, clear the date this Friday (the 20th) to come out and make our next gathering at the Treehouse in Annapolis a huge success.  The weather is finally breaking and that's enough reason to get out after hybernating all winter to comeout and celebrate.   I know some of you that haven't been out to the Treehouse are thinking, "My god man, it's way out in Annapolis." Well if you'd just come out and see it's really only 25 minutes from the Beltway and a very easy drive at that. And once you exit on 450 it's only one minute down the road to the shuttle.   So come on, celebrate spring and join the great group of people that come out to party. This is such a great and accomodating party spot with lots of party accesories. We give you 2 opportunities for debauchery this month.     The first is April 14th at Rich's Retreat in Brookeville, Md. from 8pm to 2am. Rich's place is as popular as ever and the gathering is consistantly strong and we are constantly getting new guests to join us.   Mark this date on your claendar and plan on joining us. This is always a fun party with lots of play. So if you need to shake off the winter blues, by all means come out and warm up with us. As always, bring some tasty morsals, drinks or ice for all to share. This keeps the casual feel to our parties and since the kitchen area is the spot to mingle and get to know one another, having something nice to eat helps get things started. Besides don't ya play better once you've had something (someone) nice to eat?  Come join us. April 14th     NEXT! PLease keep in mind on the day of a party I usually wrap up anything on the computer ...thus e-mails---2 hours at least, prior to a party . I know many of you wait until the last minute to get your name on the list . But  if there is a problem I may not get back to you until maybe an hour into the party as I have a lot to do. I highly suggest you get your orders in by 4pm on party day to make sure there are no problems. If you wait until 8 or 9 O'clock to purchase your party pass, don't be upset if you don't get a response with address etc until 10pm. (maybe later) I do indeed try to get on earlier but sometimes it just doesn't happen.
