As always these are BYOB, open play, clothing optional with lots of open play. Rich's Retreat is located in a beautiful private home with 5 bedrooms on 6 private acres. With your continued support Rich's is becoming out most popular party spot. We start at 8pm and go until 2am. PLease do remember that this is a bring a plate party where we do ask out guest to help support the party and bring a plate of food, drinks (sodas) or ice to share with everyone.  The kitchen area is our social area and where we meet up and socialize. So please do your party and contribute something nice to eat to share with everyone.   Our next in the Summer series of Bi-weekly parties is June 15th at the Tree House in Annapolis. This party continues to be one of our most popular parties. It's BYOB and while bringing a dish isn't required it's always appreciated.  This facility features the famous glory holes, ,stripper poles, sex swings , some BDSM equipment and 5 levels of fun open play. Always a very playful group gathers here so please pass the word to your like minded fun friends and invite them to come join us. This party uses a shuttle service to make sure everyone gets there and has plenty of room to park. This is a private, secluded home in a great gated community.  Always plan early as these parties are well attended.  Next we are back at Morning Wood in Laplata, Md. This is our southern most party but always gets a nice playful crowd. This features a very nice pavillion out back and makes for a great indoor/outdoor type of event where we do utilize the BBQ and do ask our guest to pitch in and bring some BBQ supplies, BYOB, Sodas or ice to share.  We will start this great party again at 9pm so make note of that time. This will fall in line with our other parties.   Since our parties are at private homes, do plan ahead and sign up early as sometimes space can be an issue.  As always we do ask our guests to pre -pay for our events at our website  thebisexualllife.com. See the "more" tab on the top menu bar, click on it and use the drop down to pre pay and follow directions. Since these parties are at private homes we just don't want tem known as a place that carries money for the owner's safety. If you must pay at the door there is a higher charge. I hope you all come out and support out parties and that we make this a great summer to come out and join us and play.  See you at a party soon. WE get a really good variety of people, all ages, races, sizes and of course we are getting a growing number of Trans gurls attending.  So bring some like minded fun friends and help keep this event going strong. This is an indoor/outdoor event as they have a nice pavilion out back with the BBQ and play space. After that last record setting party at Rich's Retreat, the very next weekend we had over 65 people partying hard at the Tree House!  WOW! I do want to thank you for your support at these great parties. It does seem that the warm weather does bring the hornies out in us, doesn't it? Ok, so now I have the summer line up of parties so you can all plan accordingly.   We are now going to host 3 parties a month starting in May.     We are pleased to announce the season premier of the re-opening of Morning Wood, our party venue in Laplata, Md. Morning Wood is an indoor/outdoor venue at a private home on 6 acres. This place has a nice pavillion out back with a BBQ that we love to use. These parties will be a bit different from the normal as we try to take advantage of the outdoor aspect and the sunlight and throw in a picnic type atmosphere. So we ask our guest to bring something to throw on the barbi or a nice plate, drinks or ice to share. These parties will start earlier at 6pm and go until 12midnight. We have had some really nice gatherings at Morningwood in the past so I hope you all will give this spot a visit.   Here is the rundown of parties we already have lined up for the Spring and summer.   Saturday May 12........Rich's Retreat in Brookeville, Md 8PM  to 2AM Friday May 18th .......The Tree House in Annapolis, Md. 9PM to 3AM Saturday May 36th,  Season Opener  at Morning Wood iin Laplata, Md 6PM to 12AM Saturday June 9th......Rich's Retreat, in Brookeville, Md 8PM to 2AM Friday June 15th .....Tree House in Annapolis, Md 9PM to 3AM Saturday June 30th.....Morning Wood in LaPLata, Md  6PM to 12AM Saturday July 7th ....Rich's Retreat  in Brookeville, Md 8PM to 2AM Friday July 20th.....Tree Housein Annapolis, Md.  9PM to 3AM Saturday July 28th....Morning Wood in Laplata,Md. 6PM to 12AM Saturday August 4th ....Rich's Retreat In Brookeville, Md. 8PM to 2AM Friday August 17th.....Tree House in Annapolis, Md. 9PM to 3AM Saturday August 25.....Morning Wood In LaPLata, Md. 6pm to 12am   This is the line up so far and there is a possability that a new venue may become available to us and I am in negotiations right now. I won't give any details out yet as that always seems to jinx things . But it is an awesome opportunity I want to look into further.   So, thisis the line up, start marking your calendars and planning accordingly. There are some great parties on the horrizon.   Now if I can put on some daddy pants for a minute. We do these parties in people's homes. These are nice people with very nice houses that allow us to use them for our pleasures. Yet I can't tell you how many used rubbers we pick up after each event. People, this is disgusting, and just socially unacceptable! Would you ever just discard a used rubber on the floor of your home, or even imagine having a guest over who left used rubbers on the floor by a bed you let him use? Not to mention at our parties others will certainly come in and use the space after you. This inexcusable act has to and MUST STOP!  Whatever you use at a party, pad, rubbers, lube jars, even towels. PICK THEM UP and dispose of them or move them accordinly.  Oh, speaking of lube, That is also an item for you to use not packet and keep. Use it and put it back , thank you. I know I have mentioned this several times in the past and it just keeps happening. Start caring more for these venues ladies and gentlemen. Pick up after yourselves.  Another issue I have seen at my house, and at the Tree House so I know it happens at other places. We put out protection and lube and pads etc for you in case you didn't bring your own ...and its nice if you do. But we have these items out to use at our parties. I have personally seen people walk by a bowl of rubbers and just grab a handful and put them in their pockets to stack up on them. Wow, that is just rude. This one expense alone can cost a host well over $100 a month. Please be more respectful. We would all appreciate it. Please be more conscientious of this in the future.  I hate to have to mention this stuff, but if you have the balls to do it, I have the balls to call you on it. Enough said (I hope).    As always please do pass the word and tell your like minded fun freinds about our group. Invite them to some parties   Now lets party!
