We've made some changes and added a brand new party spot.
As the covid situation winds down we are revving up to greet you as you venture out to party once again. And we have a brand new party spot for you that I swear you are going to love.
I am forever diligent in my efforts to find you the best party spots available for our get togethers and I do believe I have found an equally astonishing venue as AIP! Be prepared to be amazed as I introduce you to the brand new "VILLA KUMAR". Bi-weekly Parties will host our parties here the 2nd and 4th Saturdays EVERY month starting this May. I believe this is now the closest and easiest party spot I have found us yet. This is a beautiful 9,000SF home that is just meticulously decorated and laid out with Moroccan Tile throughout the house. Granite counter tops and floors add to the opulence that prevails in this palace of a home.
This amazing new spot is less than 1 mile inside the beltway on Central Ave. over near the Fed Ex Stadium. There is PLENTY of FREE parking all around the house and the metro is close.
The owner is an awesome guy some of you may have met at our parties named Vick Kumar. He's XXIndianGYpsyXX on Fetlife so say hello and introduce yourself.
Vick and I both agree we want to provide a fun safe place for the BISEXUAL AND TRANSEXUAL community to be able to meet and play. We will also offer a warm welcome to the LGBTQ community as there are so few places for them to meet that are safe and close by. Villa Kumar is open to all sexual Orientations*. (we do ask any single males to be in a m/f couple)
This marvelous Villa has a lot of amenities. It will have it's own entrance at the end of the driveway. And Vick has designated 3200sf of this home specifically for our party needs. There is a snack bar and bar, social area. 6 person Jacuzzi, dungeon with St Andrews cross, a tie down/spanking bench, massage tables, Sybian machine, Sex swing, Glory holes , (we are working on a dark room).
We have made changes to our parties and I hope you like some of what I've come up with.
The Villa Kumar will offer and exclusive "Photo/Video Room" Of course we never allow photos at all at our parties. However, have you ever wanted to get some good fun sexy shots of you and your favorite partner having sex and playing that wasn't just a one angle set shot on a stationary Tripod that missed half of the good action? We'll set a room aside, you bring your own camera as we won't keep pictures and we'll help you make a good video or pictures. Vick says he even knows a good photographer. This can be done on a party night or ask Vick and I bet he'll accommodate you by appointment.
For our Trans and CD guest we will offer a "Happy Hour" just for you at the start of our events and give you a space to change. This way you can meet others and get tips and exchange ideas. Make new friends.
There will be no smoking in the house, vaping in certain areas and there will be a 420 friendly designated area. Cigarettes outside only.
It will be BYOB and we will supply some snacks. We will not require you to bring snacks like before but will certainly appreciate people who want to pitch in for our designated snack / social area.
We will also provide some protection and lube but recommend if you have specific needs to please bring your own.
We will also make some changes in our Fees. We will use Eventbrite and ask that all passes be purchased in advance. Because we do our parties at private homes we do not want that location to be known to carry cash so please pay in advance. BUT, If you insist and must pay at the door there will be an extra fee, cash only, exact change and you must let us know in advance.

New prices and ticket specials.
Couples $50… a couple may be M/F, 2 guys or 2 girls
Single men and women $35.
All single girls may bring one free FEMALE guest to these parties.
The first 10 girls at these parties $10
The first 10 couples $25
We are offering a Party Pass packet deal. Buy four party passes and get one free. This is to get our regular guests a loyalty break .
Couples who purchase 4 passes @$200 get $250 in passes.
Singles purchase $140 in passes get $175 in Passes.

Our Policy will be if you come as a woman you will be treated as a woman.
So, if you remember how I bragged on AIP? I have to do the same here as Villa Kumar is an equally elaborate Venue. It's nice, recently remodeled, tastefully done, well equipped, FREE PARKING, it's close by to anyone in the DC area…Heck we all know where Fed ex Field is…
Our Bi-weekly parties will be on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Our first one is May 8th. That's our Grand Opening party so please check your schedules now and help us make this a huge success. YOU WILL be impressed with this great new place.
11PM will be our cut off time at the door. If you know you will be later you must make arrangements.
We will come up with more specials and themes as we get things going.
As the year progresses I would like to host some mid week meet and greets to help our members get acquainted and make arrangements to meet at our parties.
If anyone has any suggestions for a good meet and greet spot just let me know.
Also looking for a sexy, slutty, friendly female or couple host to help us at the parties.
